This page explains what information is collected through this site, how it's handled, and the security practices in place to protect it.
What's Collected
The contact form collects your name, email address, message, the topic you select (Real Estate, Career & Business, AI Powered Asset Transaction Technology, or General), and any topic-specific details you provide — for example, a property address for real estate inquiries. No other personal information is collected by this site.
How It's Processed
Submissions are sent via email to jse@jaredeaston.com and are not stored or persisted on this site or in a database. Delivery is handled by Resend, an email-sending service that processes the submitted content solely to transmit it as an email. If a future update to this site introduces backend storage for inquiries, this page will be updated to describe that change before it takes effect.
Security Practices
This site is served entirely over HTTPS. It does not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies.
Email Subscription
The subscribe form collects your email address and, optionally, your name, and adds them to a contact list maintained through Resend. This list is used only to send occasional updates and is kept separate from contact form inquiries, which are sent as one-time emails and are not stored. You can stop receiving updates at any time using the unsubscribe form or by emailing jse@jaredeaston.com.
